Office Administrator

Duties may include:

• Weekly preparation/input of payroll - 50 employees

• Weekly payroll tax deposits, 401K report, vac/tr/unapplied spreadsheet.

• Monthly preparation of union reports

• Quarterly preparation of payroll taxes; Annual - W-2s and 1099s

• Main telephone operator/customer service-reception

• Accounts payable

• Track checkbook balance and transfer funds as needed

• Administrative assistant duties for President - letters, reports etc.

• Order office supplies/forms/ postage meter replenish

• Maintain vehicle files including registrations, expenses, insurance cards, order gas cards

• Process requests for driver’s license verification (LENS)



• Strong computer skills, including all Microsoft Office. Timberline experience a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Organized and able to multi-task in a high paced environment

• Must maintain strict confidentiality


Salary Range - $30,000-$36,000 (DOE)
